Assemble a bunch of superheros and get your game face on! Numbers League is here to help your kids put villains behind bars, all the while practicing basic math skills! Oh, it's a game all right, a fun game of mental math and addition skills, where you add up numbers equaling that of the villains, and send them off to jail with correct answers.
The game begins with a very nice tutorial that steps you through the ins-and-outs of how to play. From here you go on to a page of games of increasing level of difficulty.
The games give you a group of villains, each with a given number. The player spins a wheel and chooses a superhero, which is made up of three different body sections, each with a number on it. Choose wisely, as you only get 3 spins. For example, a superhero may have the numbers 3, 0 and 2, adding up to 5. Choosing a villain with the number 5 upon it will send him off to jail. As each game progresses, you add more and more superheros, with their combined numbers to take out villains with an equaling number/amount. Players can win additional devices that can be used only once, which assist them in game play.
Want to play against others? Numbers League allows for up to 4 players at a time.
The comic-book like characters, stunning and vibrant graphics, very cool sound and music, combined with this simple and brilliant algorithm make this one of my all time favorite apps!
